What Homeowners Can Do

A homeowner-facing portal for everyday subdivision work.

HOA Nova separates public self-service from office-controlled administration. Owners can manage listings and bookings, while admins monitor records, permissions, reports, and office-posted dues.

Sell or Rent Properties

Homeowners can post multiple properties, add gallery photos, and decide whether contact numbers are shown publicly.

Community Marketplace

Residents can browse active store products and place seller-linked orders with payment references.

Amenity Booking

Clubhouse and amenity services can be requested online for admin review and scheduling.

Flexible Reports

Admin and homeowner dashboards include report previews for listings, billing records, bookings, and marketplace activity.

Office-Controlled Dues

HOA dues are no longer submitted from the public frontend. Office staff record payments in the admin Billing module after homeowners pay directly at the office.

Role-Based Admin Access

Super Admin can decide which modules appear for HOA Admins, Board Members, Homeowners, Renters, and Property Managers.

Public Listings

Sale and rental cards support cover images, fallback photos, gallery lightbox previews, prices, status, owner names, and optional contact display.
